Due to the personalized and custom-made nature of our frames, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on any purchases once they have been processed and shipped.
Every item undergoes rigorous quality checking before leaving our workshop. In the extremely rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at support@McPresent.in within 24 hours of delivery with photographic proof. Our support desk will review the claim and assist with a replacement or store credit.
